Elizabeths want to ensure you can track your goods when you have paid a courier to deliver them, we work with DPD as we believe that they offer the best service to you. Once your order is ready, we work with a next day delivery option.
You have the option of setting up a safe location for the delivery to ensure you never miss an urgent parcel, we strongly advise doing this as it helps the driver which in turn ensures you get the parcel quickly. It is also useful to add DPD to your email favourites so that you never miss any communication.
We offer 2 options for receiving your garments:
Collection From Store
Collection from our Business Hub at 8-10 Richardson Road, Stockton-On-Tees
This option is free of charge.
Delivery By DPD
Orders which are ready are collected from us each day by DPD, then delivered to your chosen address on the next working day.

Having issues? - Don't worry our team will be happy to assist you with your design, simply contact us and we'll be happy to help. If you have already saved a design or added it to your basket, our team may be able to access this to capture any image files and gain a better understanding of your requirements.
