You have the option of setting up a safe location for the delivery to ensure you never miss an urgent parcel, we strongly advise doing this as it helps the driver which in turn ensures you get the parcel quickly. It is also useful to add DPD to your email favourites so that you never miss any communication.

Collection From Store
Collection from our Business Hub at 8-10 Richardson Road, Stockton-On-Tees
This option is free of charge.
Delivery By DPD
Orders which are ready are collected from us each day by DPD, then delivered to your chosen address on the next working day.
